Wheel Cylinder Repairs
Like the brake caliper, but of a drum brake system. These sit inside the brake drum and press on the brake shoes when commanded by the Master Cylinder, hence the original name of a Slave Cylinder. These, much like the more modern brake caliper, see some harsh conditions and have similar faults. Seized pistons, corroded cylinder bores, and worn out rubber seals are all common issues.
